Job Purpose
Execute complex components of departmental transformation initiatives using analytical capability and change management knowledge.
Support high-quality, well-evidenced recommendations for the partnered department.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Identify data and process gaps specific to the department and propose practical solutions, feeding insight to the Transformation Lead or Manager.
Operational Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed process, performance, and benchmarking analysis to support transformation initiative design and decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business cases for review by transformation leadership and department stakeholders.
- Coordinate initiative activities across contributing teams and track associated action items.
- Contribute to change management activities, including drafting communications and tracking adoption metrics.
- Document meeting outcomes and maintain initiative trackers and repositories.
- Support embedded Transformation Specialists on shared deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or business analysis roles.
- Strong command of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, and structured problem-solving.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is preferred.
