- Develop robust business cases grounded in customer research and analytics to guide investment decisions
- Own and prioritize the product development backlog and create comprehensive business requirements
- Partner closely with product engineering and development teams to ensure strategy execution
- Conduct in depth customer research activities using user centric service design methodologies
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with voice and chat conversational AI platforms, preferably Google GECx or Dialogflow CX
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and manage complex product roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging customer data and business metrics
- Hands on experience conducting customer discovery and user research
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, design, and business teams

Great to haves
- Certification in Google GECx or Dialogflow CX.
- Certification in project management and/or change management.
- Familiarity with Canadian telecommunications market.
- Knowledge of French.
