About the Team

  • The Channel Technology and Sales Strategy team drives GTM effectiveness through innovation at the intersection of systems, people, and processes.
  • We explore cutting edge solutions, optimize sales workflows, and build strategic frameworks.

The Impact You'll Make

  • As a Technical Product Manager (Prototyping) or 'Vibe Coder', you'll command AI agents to build functional prototypes.
  • You will build rapid prototypes that Sales, BI and Marketing teams test and iterate on immediately.
  • This is a hands on keys role; you build functional prototypes yourself using AI agents.

How You'll Do It

  • Own end to end prototyping lifecycle for core pillars (Leads, Opportunities, Sales Telephony, Conversational Intelligence).
  • Shadow Sales, BI, and Marketing teams to identify friction points and translate needs into structured logic.
  • Develop functional prototypes using AI native development environments.
  • Collaborate with Agentic AI Sales Team to plug Gemini powered summaries and real time data.
  • Prioritize speed and flexibility to create proof of concept models.
  • Document logic, prompt architecture, and design decisions.
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure prototypes meet functional requirements.

Must Haves

  • You're a Maker with an AI First Mindset: eager to experiment and prioritize speed.
  • You understand fundamentals of logic and code: experience with Python, JavaScript, or equivalent.
  • You're a Product First Thinker: care more about solving user problems than syntax.
  • You're an All Star Communicator: can translate vague requests into specific technical requirements.

Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical field (or equivalent hands on building experience).
  • You've built functional prototypes that went from concept to user feedback within 1 4 weeks.
