Overview
- Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Conglomerate.
- Operating as a major player with a highly diversified portfolio, the organization drives impactful, large scale initiatives across the region.
- This pivotal role reports directly to the Group CEO, offering a high visibility platform to shape corporate strategy, orchestrate complex transformations, and lead the governance of critical business portfolios from their headquarters in Jeddah, KSA.
- This permanent role requires a baseline commitment of 6 working days per week.
- Given the strategic urgency of the position, the company is looking for local talent already based inside the country who can fulfill a preferred joining time of immediately or within 30 days.
- To be considered, candidates must hold at least a BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field, paired with a minimum of 10 plus years of experience.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory to successfully navigate cross functional stakeholder environments.
- While strong foundational project governance experience is expected, candidates with former exposure to consultancy firms and a PMP certificate will have a distinct advantage.
Main Tasks
- Direct the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure all project portfolios align with the conglomerate's overarching strategic objectives and the Group CEO's vision.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust project governance frameworks, execution standards, and performance metrics across diverse business units.
- Monitor, track, and report on the status, risks, and financial health of high impact strategic initiatives directly to executive leadership.
- Lead the strategic planning cycle, transforming long term corporate goals into actionable, executable project portfolios.
- Standardize PMO methodologies and tools to optimize cross functional resource allocation and ensure successful, on time project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with subsidiary leaders and key stakeholders to drive organizational change management and foster continuous improvement.
- Identify critical bottlenecks in complex, multi entity projects and implement swift corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain operational momentum.
