Role Overview
The Strategy and Research Specialist will join the Strategy and Research team.
The team quantifies the effectiveness of cultural offerings, monitors strategic initiatives, and provides data-driven insights for organizational programming.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research evaluating center performance and visitor experience.
- Develop surveys, conduct focus groups and in-depth interviews, and identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Create and enhance impact measurement tools and KPIs to quantify social and cultural returns.
- Align measurement methodologies with the center’s strategic goals.
- Monitor strategic initiatives, milestones, and execution risks.
- Produce reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Advise offering developers on documenting the intended impact of cultural offerings.
- Validate impact claims so conclusions are evidence-based and accurate.
- Assess existing programs and provide optimization feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized and approved program is required.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, or strategic consultancy is required.
- Proven research design skills, including survey, interview, and measurement tool development, are required.
- The ability to explain technical findings in simple, professional terms is required.
- High attention to detail in data collection and report accuracy is required.
- Critical problem-solving skills for identifying gaps and proposing data-driven improvements are required.

- The work location is within Saudi Arabia; the specific location will be stated in the job offer.
Work Schedule
- The position is full time.
