Role Overview
The Public Relations Specialist will join the public relations, event management, and logistics group within Aramco’s Corporate Secretariat.
The role supports specialized event management for the Board of Directors and senior management.
The Corporate Secretariat supports the Corporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary with board meetings, agendas, papers, presentations, and minutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other stakeholders for on-site logistics for five board meetings and one shareholder general assembly meeting each year.
- Prepare presentations, talking points, and other written materials for the Board Chairman, CEO, and corporate management.
- Perform other board support activities as directed by the Corporate Secretary, Assistant Corporate Secretary, or Logistics and Event Planning lead.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business and management, communications, public affairs and services, or an equivalent field.
- At least 9 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in related public relations functions.
- Experience in event management or a related field.
