Overview

Aramco is seeking a Planning and Performance Management Specialist for its Planning and Support group within the Executive Development and Compensation organization.

The group develops and maintains financial models, tracks KPIs, and provides insights for business decisions and performance improvement.

The role supports business-plan development, operating-statement review, accounts payable oversight, and contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business plans through financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and align plans with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance data.
  • Review operating statements to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
  • Maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, and KPIs.
  • Recommend improvements to management based on financial performance analysis.
  • Review accounts payable metrics and collaborate on process improvements.
  • Manage vendor contract renewals, amendments, terminations, and new contract setup.
  • Ensure timely invoice payment and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Support special projects involving financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least nine years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or performance management.
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or CFA is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, FP&A software, ERP systems, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools.
  • Experience with accounts payable processes and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tableau or Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lean principles and process improvement methodologies.
