Role overview

Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to scope, design, develop, test, and roll out group financial solutions.
• Assess SAP Central Finance and Reporting requirements and drive implementation activities.
• Provide solution architecture guidance for data mappings, process harmonization, and CFIN and Group Reporting configuration.
• Support Finance master data design and oversight through SAP Master Data Governance.
• Coordinate CFIN data migration, data replication, and reconciliation using Application Interface Framework and analysis tools.
• Coordinate infrastructure readiness, integrations, troubleshooting, and data exchange with affiliate organizations.
• Support performance reporting and financial analytics for actual, plan, and forecast alignment.
• Analyze complex system issues and coordinate technical escalation with IT.
• Communicate concepts, artifacts, and findings to technical and business audiences.
• Document processes and maintain user guides for knowledge transfer.
• Design consolidated financial reports and statements according to IFRS or GAAP when required.
• Support system upgrades, transaction processing, data accuracy, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized and approved program.
• Up to ten years of experience implementing SAP-based financial solutions, including at least four years in SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting.
• An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred but not required.
• CMA, CFA, CPA, or relevant professional financial certifications are preferred but not required.
• SAP certifications in Financial Applications, SAP Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, or related areas are valuable.
