About the Role
Nesto Group is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead one of its key strategic white-label partnerships, acting as the primary liaison between nesto and the partner across the full mortgage lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison to one of nesto's key strategic white label partners, building and nurturing relationships with various external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and builders to drive growth, manage performance or resolve issues.
- Develop and wield internal influence to drive service and project delivery within a matrix reporting structure spanning technology and service delivery.
- Operate at the strategic to tactical level: develop annual strategic plans and budgets, manage tangible project plans, lead meetings, hold the pen on deliverables, and manage stakeholder engagement.
- Form a strong relationship with the white label partner to create tightly aligned strategic visions and coordinated delivery of results.
- Evaluate drivers of growth/impact/risk in order to better propose, prioritize and deliver value added projects to the partnership.
- Identify areas for scale, potential synergies & long term growth opportunities, including tech roadmap and business process optimization.
Requirements
- 6 10 years of experience in a high performing environment with a track record of excellence.
- Experience managing and having accountability for B2B accounts or partnerships.
- Excellent program management and decision making skills; ability to execute high quality programs with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong team player who can excel in a fast paced environment.
- English and French bilingual, willing to regularly work out of downtown Montreal office.
- Background leading accounts in management consulting, supporting finance and/or mortgage, or technological services industries.
- Experience working with technology teams in prioritization, scoping and/or implementation of initiatives.

About the role
- Nesto Group is looking for a senior individual contributor to lead one of our key strategic white label partnerships.
- The partnership spans the full mortgage lifecycle, from origination for borrowers supported by the partner's financial advisors, through to servicing over the life of the loan.
- You will be the primary connective tissue between nesto and the partner across that whole spectrum.
- This isn't a role where you own a team and delegate the details: you'll set the strategic direction and then roll up your sleeves to make sure it actually happens.
- The role demands genuine range: one week you're building the annual strategic plan and budget; the next you're in the weeds resolving an operational escalation.
