What You'll Be Doing
- Own the Product Vision — Define and execute the end to end product strategy for a new product, from concept through launch and scale.
- Lead 0 to 1 Development — Navigate the full arc of new product development: deep customer and market discovery, scoping, prioritization, iterative building, and go to market readiness.

- Experience building products that handle sensitive data with rigorous security, compliance, and access control requirements.
- Strong technical acumen — ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design, data pipelines, and architecture without losing sight of the customer problem.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to operate with clarity and conviction in ambiguous, fast moving environments.
- Sharp product sense and a high bar for quality.
