About the Role
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is hiring a Strategic Account Manager in Jeddah to build partnerships with key stakeholders and payers. You will ensure full accessibility of the company's portfolio, manage tenders, and drive formulary inclusion.

Responsibilities
- Working with internal/external stakeholders to ensure full accessibility for JNJ products in all accounts as per the planned timelines.
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in all accounts at area level.
- Maximize JNJ numbers in all tenders & protecting our position Vs competitors or generics.
- Ensure deliveries to the CMS on timely basis, close monitoring of the demand and supply.
- Design a strategic clear account action plan with BUL alignment by applying the strategic partnership planning approach.
- Ensure adequate stock levels at the account’s levels with reasonable expiry dates.
- Have full coverage of the assigned territory in KSA (HCPs, purchasers, PTC committee and all other stakeholders).
- Drive the formulary inclusion in the assigned account to accelerate the access and reimbursement of the medication.
- Coding creation /Renewal and tender management.
- Liaise between sales, local agent & CMS through attending CVT meetings and ensure the alignments on executing the strategies.
- Ensure the implementation of the tactical marketing plans are in line with the local business strategy and meet agreed budget.
Requirements
- Life Sciences or business related bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 3 years industry/business experience within different functional areas in Key Account Management with proven cross functional leadership without authority
- Fluency in English and Arabic language is required
- Experience in Immunology/Oncology/Hematology/CNS is an advantage

Qualifications
- Life Sciences or business related bachelor’s degree.

- Due to the nature of the role, an Experience in Immunology /Oncology/Hematology/ CNS will be considered as an advantage.
