- Support maintenance and enhancement of tender databases and tracking tools
- Analyze historical tender performance and generate periodic reports
- Assist in monitoring tender timelines, awards, and KPIs
- Support business reviews through data collection and presentation preparation
- Assist in mapping and documenting the end to end tender process
- Support development of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
- Create visualizations to track tender pipeline activities and operational KPIs
- Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives
- Support pricing database management and data validation
- Support pricing analyses, benchmarking, and market intelligence activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in the last 12 months in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Data visualization and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- SQL
- Python or other analytical tools
- Experience working with large datasets

Position Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate to join our Market Access, Pricing & Strategic Accounts team. This internship offers practical experience in pharmaceutical pricing, tender management, business intelligence, and digital transformation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Tender Analytics Support (40%): Support maintenance and enhancement of tender databases and tracking tools; analyze historical tender performance; assist in monitoring tender timelines, awards, and KPIs; support business reviews; identify trends and opportunities.
- Dashboard Development & Process Optimization (35%): Assist in mapping and documenting end to end tender process; support development of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting; create visualizations; contribute to data quality improvement; support reporting simplification.
- Pricing Analytics Support (25%): Assist with pricing database management and data validation; support pricing analyses, benchmarking, and market intelligence; develop reports and dashboards; contribute to scenario analyses; support business planning and forecasting.
Requirements
- Essential: Bachelor's degree completed in last 12 months in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Desirable: Internship, university project, or research experience involving data analysis.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Basic understanding of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or commercial analytics.
- SQL, Python or other analytical tools.
- Experience working with large datasets.
