About the Role

Responsibilities
- Learn from Sales and Marketing professionals to execute effective Sales Action Plans
- Prepare Territorial sales analysis reports
- Maintain accurate coverage of designated territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting
- Conduct customer segmentation in line with Company’s guidelines
- Plan and schedule daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver core product message
- Maintain the customer database up to date
- Maintain excellent ongoing knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors
- Present and discuss product data with healthcare professionals during face to face meetings
- Support the Brand Strategy and identify new opportunities
- Conduct ongoing market analysis including Market, Competitive, and Business Intelligence
- Help organize promotional and educational group meetings, symposia, and conferences
- Comply with local laws & HCBI guidelines, FCPA, and Policy on Business Conduct
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or relevant
- Recently graduated in 2026 or 2025
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Arabic & English

Job Summary
- J&J is currently seeking a talented and innovative Intern to join our Sales team located in the UAE. As an intern, you will work with a team of experienced sales professionals who will guide you through real world, hands on experience in selling Pharmaceuticals.
Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or relevant.
- Recently graduated in 2026 or 2025.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Arabic & English.
