About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Store materials in an organized and safe manner as per company procedures
- Issue materials to departments/sites based on approved requests
- Maintain accurate inventory records (stock in/out, balances, and adjustments)
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in physical inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
- Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and handling of materials
- Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments for documentation
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the store/warehouse
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience as a storekeeper or in warehouse operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and store procedures
- Good organizational and record keeping skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel/ERP systems preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle physical stock and work in a fast paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel/ERP systems preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle physical stock and work in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift license is an advantage (if applicable)
