- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Track shipments and resolve transportation delays or delivery issues promptly
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation
- Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy
- Optimize transportation routes and logistics costs while maintaining service quality
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to support operational and project requirements
- Maintain accurate logistics records and update ERP systems with shipment and inventory information
- Analyze logistics performance and prepare reports on transportation costs, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless supply chain activities
- Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, damages, and claims
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, FACTS ERP, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Experience with import/export procedures and customs documentation is preferred.
- GCC/UAE logistics experience is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, FACTS ERP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
