- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory reconciliations.
- Conduct physical stock counts and cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Track inventory movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods against supporting documentation.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock valuation reports, and management summaries.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of inventory items.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to maintain organized storage locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stock management.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, FACTS ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Summary

- The role involves coordinating with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to minimize inventory discrepancies, prevent stock shortages or overstocking, and ensure the availability of materials and products.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stock management.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, FACTS ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the construction, retail, manufacturing, or home appliances industry.
- Certification in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics is an advantage.
- Knowledge of barcode scanning systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with inventory forecasting and demand planning.
- Experience supporting inventory audits and compliance requirements.
