- Strong knowledge of tendering and procurement procedures
- Excellent documentation and proposal preparation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job Summary
- The Tender Specialist is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting competitive bids, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- The role involves managing the complete tendering process, maintaining tender documentation, and supporting the organization in securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor online tender portals, client websites, and other sources to identify new tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and commercial requirements.
- Assess tender requirements and coordinate with management to determine bid feasibility.
- Prepare Expressions of Interest (EOIs), prequalification documents, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and operations teams to obtain required technical and commercial information.
- Prepare tender schedules, compliance statements, bid forms, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors where required.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and contract awards.
- Attend pre bid meetings, clarification meetings, and client discussions when required.
- Respond to client queries and prepare clarification documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or a related field.
- Professional certification in procurement, contracts, or project management is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, contracts, or proposal management.
- Experience in construction, engineering, MEP, contracting, manufacturing, or trading industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with government and private sector tendering processes.

- Experience with government procurement platforms and e tendering systems.
- Knowledge of FIDIC or other standard contract conditions.
- Understanding of cost estimation and contract administration.
- Experience working with ISO quality management systems.
