About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee deliveries, and ensure shelves are stocked while preventing overstocking and waste.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and coordinate timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain floor organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and training of staff.
- Create and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate floor coverage.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide daily coaching.
- Manage store budget, monitor operating expenses, and control shrink and loss prevention.
- Analyze sales trends, adjust pricing, and implement marketing or promotional strategies to boost revenue.
- Foster a welcoming environment and resolve complex customer complaints.
- Enforce local public health and food safety codes, security, and emergency protocols.

- Minimum 2 years of store manager experience
- Available in Dubai for face to face interview

Operations & Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee the receiving of deliveries, and ensure shelves remain stocked while preventing overstocking and food waste.
- Negotiate contracts, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain floor organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Staff Leadership & Human Resources
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and training staff.
- Create and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate floor coverage during peak shopping hours.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide daily coaching.
Financial Performance & Sales
- Manage the store budget, monitor operating expenses, and control shrink and loss prevention.
- Analyze sales trends, adjust pricing, and implement marketing or promotional strategies to boost revenue.
Customer Experience & Compliance
- Foster a welcoming environment, ensure staff provide great service, and resolve complex customer complaints.
- Enforce all local public health and food safety codes, as well as general security and emergency protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of store manager experience
- Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
