Storage Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise storage, data-center infrastructure, and backup environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAN/NAS storage administration and enterprise data-center environments.
- Experience managing storage capacity, performance, availability, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of SAN, NAS, storage connectivity, and high-availability storage environments.
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix and integration with enterprise storage platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Veeam, Commvault, ExaGrid, Synology NAS, or similar backup and storage technologies.
- Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, RPO/RTO, and data protection.
- Experience supporting multi-site data centers and critical production environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle P1/P2 incidents, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and infrastructure changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Storage and Azure Backup is an advantage.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- Relevant storage, virtualization, or cloud certifications are preferred.
- Experience with enterprise-scale storage migration and disaster-recovery solutions is preferred.
