About the Role

- Receive merchandise and count physically and electronically to ensure accuracy
- Inspect product quality and report discrepancies to store manager
- Classify and stock products in stock room per store procedures
- Tag newly arrived stock and return products as instructed
- Assist sales staff in replenishing stocks on shelves
- Record inventory inward/outward and maintain reports
- Assist during stock take processes

- Previous experience in stock, warehouse, or logistics role preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift around 10 kg

Position Objective
- Stock Coordinator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing merchandise, and ensuring seamless flow of products from stockroom to sales floor.
Key Responsibility
- Receive merchandise and count physically and electronically to ensure accuracy of information
- Inspect quality of products and report discrepancies about damaged products
- Ensure proper storage and handling of merchandise to prevent damage
- Classify and stock products in stock room as per store procedures
- Tag newly arrived stock and/or return products as per instruction of senior
- Assist sales staff in replenishing stocks on shelves
- Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store
- Ensure highest standards of housekeeping
- Flexible to work extended hours during Sale/Festival period
- Must be physically fit and able to heavy lift around 10 kg
- Record inventory inward/outward and maintain report
- Check for missing price tags and report
Desired Experience
- Strong organizational skills with familiarity with warehouse management system
- Previous experience in similar stock, warehouse, or logistics role preferred
