Responsibilities
- Supervise inbound and outbound workflows: receiving, put away, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate handling and storage of products in line with SOPs and safety standards
- Allocate daily tasks to warehouse assistants and monitor shift performance
- Monitor bin locations, stock movements, assist in periodic cycle counts
- Maintain shift wise reports on goods movement, stock levels, and manpower deployment
- Coordinate with transport, brand, and logistics teams to resolve delays
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations
- Experience in managing inbound processes, team supervision, and inventory coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with focus on accuracy, safety, and compliance
