- Conduct in store training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Create and maintain an up to date training manual with guidelines on product knowledge, store operations, and brand culture
- Monitor employee performance through KPIs like sales, customer feedback, and product knowledge retention
- Use performance data to identify training gaps and customize learning tracks
- Work with store managers to understand performance challenges and provide on the job coaching
- Design and implement succession plans by identifying high potential talent
- Track and assess employee progression, aligning training with career advancement goals
- Collaborate with HR to align development programs with talent management strategy
- Create targeted training tracks for various employee levels (sales associates, supervisors, store managers)
- Use LMS and digital tools to track training progress, certifications, and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Retail Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in training or retail management, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, brand needs, and performance management systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- This position will focus on employee development through tailored training sessions aimed at enhancing product knowledge, driving performance, and ensuring succession planning for store employees.
