About the Role
Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is looking for a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team in cleaning, organization, and equipment management for F&B operations. The role requires supervisory experience in hotel stewarding and a focus on hygiene and guest service.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Stewarding team in cleaning and organization of F&B restaurants, kitchens, loading dock, and storage areas.
- Coordinate and maintain cleanliness of china, silverware, glassware, cookware, and equipment.
- Oversee delivery of equipment for setup and breakdown of banquet and restaurant functions.
- Supervise receiving and storage of food and dry goods.
- Train Stewarding team on standards and procedures.
- Review banquet event orders and ensure setups and supplies are in place.
- Check equipment daily and report defects or malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a stewarding or kitchen operations role within a hotel.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to train and develop stewarding staff.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Maintain OSHMS records.
