- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.

- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate with team members.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a room attendant or in housekeeping is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Abu Dhabi.
- You will play a vital part in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Perform comprehensive housekeeping duties including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Remove trash and used items from rooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and functionality.
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Respond to guest requests and communicate with team.
- Assist with special cleaning projects.
Qualifications
- Cooperate and comply with OSH instructions.
- Take reasonable care for health and safety.
- Report near misses and hazards.
- Use appropriate PPE.
- Be familiar with emergency procedures.
- Attend OSH training.
- Maintain OSHMS records.

- Stop any hazardous activity.
- Be consulted on OSH matters.
- Receive information and training.
- Participate in risk assessments.
Accountability
- Regular reporting to direct manager.
- Attend all trainings.
- Follow OSHMS and local regulations.
- Maintain OSHMS records.
Sustainability
- Implement sustainability policies and procedures.
- Follow environmental SOPs.
- Monitor waste segregation, energy, and water use.
- Identify opportunities for waste reduction.
