- Execute beauty advisors training for new hires and existing team members
- Support the Operations team by ensuring merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals are within company standard
- Ensure all beauty advisors are properly engaging with store brands visiting the store
Requirements
- Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills and ability to influence business partners
- Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders

Role Overview
- As a Stage Experience Manager, Stores, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client experience and all services, classes and events in a specific Sephora store location.
- This role regularly supports in areas such as client service, sales floor standards and team leadership as well as all service related areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing your team: Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio. Ensure Coordinators are adequately trained.
- Embracing Innovation: Ensure beauty advisors are trained and leveraging technology innovations within services.
- Client Experience: Manage the Services online reservation system. Ensure staffing levels are adequate for smooth client flow.
- Training & Development: Execute beauty advisors training for new hires and existing team members. Facilitate orientation and selling model training.
- Visual Merchandising: Support Operations team by ensuring merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals are within company standard.
- Vendor Management: Ensure beauty advisors properly engage with store brands. Ensure brand representatives train and coach cast on products.
Skills and Qualifications
- Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills and ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
Compensation
- The compensation ranges between CAD 54,800.00 CAD 68,500.00 per year.

Additional Information
- Work in a fragrance filled environment.
