Overview

  • As a Stage Experience Manager, Stores, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client experience and all services, classes and events in a specific Sephora store location.

Responsibilities

  • Developing your team: Manage daily operations at Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio.
  • Embracing Innovation: Ensure beauty advisors are trained on technology innovations.
  • Client Experience: Manage Services online reservation system and ensure staffing levels.
  • Training & Development: Execute beauty advisor training for new hires and existing team.
  • Visual Merchandising: Support operations team with merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals.
  • Vendor Management: Ensure beauty advisors engage with store brands and brand representatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills and ability to influence business partners.
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.

Compensation

  • Compensation ranges between CAD 54,800.00 CAD 68,500.00 annually.
  • Eligible for performance based bonus opportunities, competitive benefits, and learning initiatives.
