About the Role

- Work with appropriate engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution

- 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment (preferred)
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer facing environment as a technical lead (preferred)

DESCRIPTION
- AWS Global Services helps customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments.
- Technical Account Managers support customers across all technologies including Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, Networking, Serverless, Security, and more.
- This is not a sales role but an opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer'.
Key job responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.

- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer facing environment as a technical lead.

Compensation
- Base salary range: CAD 126,000 210,400 annually.
- Total compensation may include sign on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
- Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, RRSP, DPSP, paid time off.
