Description

  • AWS Enterprise Support seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support ISV customers across all technologies.
  • This is not a sales role, but an opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer'.

What you'll do

  • Help craft and execute strategies to drive ISV customers' adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Help ISVs optimize their SaaS architectures, improve operational resilience, and accelerate go to market on AWS.
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.
  • Proactively keep customers' AWS environments operationally healthy.
  • Develop close relationships with ISV customers to understand their product roadmaps, business and operational needs, and technical challenges.
  • Drive discussions with technical and business leadership regarding incidents, trade offs, support, and risk management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant technical position experience.
  • Experience with AWS or cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of internet security concepts and vulnerabilities like firewalls, common security issues, etc.
  • Experience managing competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in French.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with ISV/SaaS customers (multi tenant architectures, CI/CD, platform design).
  • Experience with AWS artificial intelligence and machine learning services (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, generative AI services, Amazon Q).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (LLMs, RAG, agents, model fine tuning).
  • AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, or ML Specialty).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, containers (ECS, EKS), and serverless architectures.
  • Experience with operational reliability practices (observability, incident management, automation).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.

Workplace

  • This role is based out of our Montreal office and requires in office presence.
  • This position will require the ability to travel 10% or more as needed.

Salary

  • The base salary range for this position is 99,900.00 166,900.00 CAD annually.
  • Amazon may include other elements in its offer, such as sign on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs).
