- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory within the ISV customer segment
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by helping partners originate and close opportunities
- Build deep relationships with customers and strategic partners to understand their business and technical needs
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan to drive revenue and win goals
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and solutions
- Maintain a robust, accurate, and high velocity sales pipeline
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive AWS adoption through various mechanisms
- Manage contract negotiations and AWS funding programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development experience
- 3+ years of direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions
- Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
- Experience working within the enterprise software development industry

DESCRIPTION
- Deliver on strategy to build mind share of AWS and grow adoption of cloud based solutions in the Enterprise Segment.
- Establish and maintain C level, sales, and product relationships with strategic consulting GSI/SI partners.
- Lead co sell with ISV technology partners to drive AWS services revenue.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory within the ISV customer segment.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by helping partners originate and close opportunities.
- Build deep relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and solutions.
- Maintain a robust, accurate, and high velocity sales pipeline.
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive AWS adoption.
- Support consulting partners as they develop their solutions through AWS APN programs.
- Ensure customer and partner satisfaction.
- Provide access to technical and architectural resources.
- Drive business development initiatives in partnership with marketing and specialist teams.
- Manage contract negotiations and AWS funding programs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development experience.
- 3+ years of direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions.
- Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements.
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
- Experience working within the enterprise software development industry.
Compensation
- Base salary range: CAD 91,600 CAD 153,100 annually.
- Total compensation may include sign on payments, RSUs, and sales incentives.
- Benefits include health insurance, RRSP, DPSP, paid time off, and other resources.
