Key responsibilities
- Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and approach decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, conduct site visits, and follow up on enquiries.
- Promote HVAC and MEP products, systems, and technical solutions.
- Recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and plan weekly field visits.
- Monitor market trends, projects, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Work with technical and project teams to hand over confirmed projects.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives.
