The Role
Deliver AspenTech Digital Grid Management solutions to utility customers across global markets.
The role covers end-to-end SCADA, EMS, GMS, and ADMS project delivery using the monarch platform.
Project activities include planning, design, integration, testing, training, and commissioning at customer sites.
Your Impact
- Assess technical requirements, evaluate risks, and define mitigation plans with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Design, integrate, test, install, and commission software on customer systems.
- Prepare functional designs, test procedures, user guides, and maintenance documentation.
- Perform FAT and SAT testing for SCADA, web platforms, historians, and related functionality.
- Train customers on SCADA, FEP, web platform, and ICCP products.
- Maintain on-time delivery and control risks that could increase project costs.
What You'll Need
- Experience with utility SCADA operations or related industry experience.
- A relevant electrical, electronics, or communications engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with databases, displays, RTU protocols including IEC 104, IEC 101, and DNP3, and ICCP connections.
- Knowledge of SCADA configuration, databases, computer architecture, networking, and operating systems.
- Ability to travel to domestic and international customer sites, with approximately 20% travel expected.
- Preferred knowledge includes software delivery lifecycles, TCP/IP and routing, enterprise historians, and C# or Python.
