The Role
The Procurement Analyst supports sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, procure-to-pay operations, reporting, and process improvement.
The role collaborates with logistics, finance, project management, suppliers, and internal customers.
Your Impact
- Lead competitive sourcing events, including RFQs, bid analysis, and supplier selection.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
- Develop purchase orders, contracts, and service agreements aligned with business requirements.
- Manage the procure-to-pay lifecycle from requisition to purchase order closure.
- Monitor orders, expedite deliveries, and manage purchase order changes and deviations.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and maintain accurate ERP procurement data.
- Monitor supplier performance, stakeholder service levels, deliveries, receiving, and reconciliation.
- Develop procurement reports and dashboards and analyze spend, supplier performance, and operational metrics.
- Identify cost savings, efficiency improvements, procurement risks, and supply chain issues.
- Support procurement best practices, process improvements, cost reduction, and value creation.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
