Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Senior Living products
- Become the product expert for your areas of responsibility
- Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate cross functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks timely and effectively
- Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand customer needs
- Prioritize product investments using data driven analysis
- Engage with UX, Engineering, and other product managers using agile and Design Thinking
- Liaise with Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, and other functions for successful launches
- Understand the broader product portfolio and competitive landscape
- Participate in industry events and lead customer facing engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or computer engineering
- 5+ years of Software Product Management experience
- Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus
- Experience working with Cloud Azure hosted environments
- Proven track record of managing products and innovation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of Agile practices
- Experience managing SaaS products

Salary Range
- The Canada base salary range for this position is $133,200 $148,000 + bonus + benefits.
