- Develop and execute go to market plans for new products and strategic initiatives
- Define and refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product
- Lead cross functional GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support
- Identify and engage target customers for early validation and beta participation; drive structured beta programs
- Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance metrics; identify growth opportunities and risks
- Serve as commercialization lead for strategic, high value deals and executive level customer engagements
- Provide subject matter expertise for sales enablement, strategic deals, and customer engagements
- Gather and synthesize customer and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap discussions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go to market roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret adoption and market performance data
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non technical audiences
- Experience leading GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support
- Experience driving structured beta programs and customer validation initiatives
- Experience supporting strategic, high value deals and executive level customer engagements
- MBA or equivalent business experience preferred

- The Outbound Product Management team drives the commercialization and market success of PCC's strategic products and services.
- Outbound PMs partner cross functionally to align go to market execution and enable the field to drive revenue and adoption.
- The team captures structured market and customer insights to inform ongoing product enhancements.
Job Summary
- The Outbound Product Manager owns go to market execution and adoption success for assigned products and initiatives.
- This role defines positioning, supports launch strategy, enables sales and customer facing teams, and gathers voice of customer insights.
- Success is measured by launch effectiveness, adoption growth, and field enablement impact.
- This role reports to the Director, Outbound Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go to market plans for new products and strategic initiatives.
- Define and refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product.
- Lead cross functional GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support.
- Identify and engage target customers for early validation and beta participation; drive structured beta programs.
- Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance metrics; proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as commercialization lead for strategic, high value deals and executive level customer engagements.
- Provide subject matter expertise for sales enablement, strategic deals, and customer engagements.
- Gather and synthesize customer and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap discussions.
- Mentor and guide Outbound Product Managers on best practices and GTM execution.
Your Key Strengths
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go to market roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non technical audiences.
- Experience leading GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support.
- Experience driving structured beta programs and customer validation initiatives.
- Experience supporting strategic, high value deals and executive level customer engagements.
- Ability to influence roadmap discussions through data driven market intelligence and competitive analysis.
Preferred, Not Required
- Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI driven solutions.
- Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams.
- Healthcare or post acute industry experience.
- MBA or equivalent business experience.

Salary
- The Canada base salary range for this position is CAD 115,000 CAD 135,000 and fulltime benefits.
- Individual compensation is determined by job related skills and knowledge, relevant experience, and/or work location.
