- Understand company strategy and own the strategy and multi year roadmap for product areas
- Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand customer and user needs and pain points
- Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data driven analysis
- Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers using Agile and Design Thinking
- Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success for successful launches
- Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together
- Participate in industry events and lead customer and partner engagements as a product expert
- Understand competitive landscape
- Inspire, energize, and motivate cross functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of Software Product Management experience
- Experience building platform services, shared APIs, or developer facing capabilities
- Strong technical foundation including working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration
- Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products
- Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of Agile practices
- Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus

Position Summary
- As a Senior Product Manager Platform Services at PointClickCare, you contribute to the vision and strategy of foundational platform capabilities that power products across the company, define and own roadmaps, and drive execution and delivery of APIs and shared services.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand company strategy and own the strategy and multi year roadmap for your product areas
- Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs and pain points
- Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data driven analysis and good judgement
- Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking
- Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other functions
- Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together
- Participate in industry events, and lead customer and partner facing engagements as a product expert

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field of study

Compensation
- The Canada base salary range for this position is CAD 133,200 CAD 148,000 + bonus + benefits

Location
- Hybrid Mississauga or Canada Remote
- For Remote Roles: there will be in office events requiring travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office
