- Translate AI model outputs, confidence thresholds, and recommendation accuracy tradeoffs into product decisions
- Define success metrics for AI products including recommendation adoption rate and revenue impact
- Partner with advanced technology, data science, engineering, and cross functional teams
- Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand customer needs
- Contribute to the multi year RCM AI roadmap
- Prioritize product investments and trade offs using data driven analysis
- Engage with UX, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers using agile processes
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to drive product launches
- Participate in industry events and lead customer facing engagements as a product expert
- Understand the competitive landscape for AI in RCM and healthcare billing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare technology, computer science, or related field
- 5+ years of software product management experience
- At least 2 years as primary product owner of an AI or ML powered product shipped to production customers
- Healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or claims experience required
- Demonstrated track record of managing products through beta programs and into general availability
- Experience defining success metrics and feedback loops for AI products
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of agile practices
- Experience managing SaaS products

Position Summary
- As a Senior Product Manager at PointClickCare, you will own and drive the AI product roadmap for Revenue Cycle Management, starting with Billing Advisor.
- This is not a greenfield role; you are taking ownership of a product that is live with customers and heading into general availability.
- You need to be equally fluent in AI product behavior and billing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for one or more RCM AI Products from 0 1, GA launch, and through growth.
- Define and own the roadmap, prioritizing opportunities across billing, claims, collections, and pre billing workflows where AI can reduce denials, surface missed revenue, and reduce manual effort.
- Translate AI model outputs, confidence thresholds, and recommendation accuracy tradeoffs into product decisions and customer facing feature design.
- Define success metrics for AI products that go beyond traditional SaaS KPIs.
- Partner with advanced technology, data science, engineering teams, and other cross functional teams.
- Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer needs.
- Understand company strategy and contribute to the multi year RCM AI roadmap.
- Prioritize product investments and trade offs using data driven analysis.
- Engage with UX, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers using agile processes and Design Thinking.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to drive successful product launches.
- Participate in industry events and lead customer facing and partner facing engagements as a product expert.
- Understand the competitive landscape for AI in RCM and healthcare billing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare technology, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software product management experience, with at least 2 years as the primary product owner of an AI or ML powered product shipped to production customers.
- Healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or claims experience is required.
- Demonstrated track record of managing products through beta programs and into general availability.

- Ability to work at the intersection of domain expertise and AI product design.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid understanding of agile practices and experience working with cross functional teams including data science and ML engineering.

Compensation
- The Canada base salary range for this position is CAD 133,200 CAD 148,000 plus bonus and benefits.
