- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of Senior Care products
- Drive product decisions grounded in customer insights, data, regulatory requirements, and business value
- Partner closely with engineering teams to shape solutions and deliver outcomes
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI, automation, and smarter workflows
- Navigate complex clinical and regulatory domains (e.g., MDS, LTCF, immunizations, clinical documentation)
- Collaborate cross functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders
- Manage products through the full development lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle
- Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory systems
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Comfort with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, and modern development practices
- Excellent communication skills

Travel Expectations
- Periodic travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and company meetings.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for discovery sessions and feedback discussions.
