Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap for payment processing, intelligent routing, and integrations with major networks, gateways, and Alternative Payment Methods.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to optimize transaction authorization rates while maintaining robust fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and AML controls.
- Design and optimize seamless and trustworthy checkout experiences, while maintaining PCI DSS compliance.
- Drive the future vision of payments as a scalable engine, developing comprehensive collection strategies that support and integrate with all product lines.
- Champion customer development and data analysis to find new opportunities and de risk.
- Work closely with the design and research teams to uncover opportunities and unmet user needs.
- Rapidly ideate, prototype and iterate on solutions with your team.
- Build and roll out new products to customers.
- Lead prioritization of opportunities and solutions based on company KPIs.
- Measure success of launched products and invest in continuous improvement.
- Work with stakeholders to grow your knowledge and supercharge product efforts.
- Work closely with other Consumer teams to ensure alignment with end to end Consumer experience and lifecycle.
