Responsibilities
- Own commercial and P&L for UAE operations, including cost per order, rider cost, and efficiency metrics
- Manage UAE operational KPI stack from forecast to actuals, anticipate performance gaps and drive interventions
- Drive optimization agenda across network: rider economics, staffing efficiency, vendor and coverage performance
- Build analyses and dashboards using SQL, Looker, or Tableau to accelerate decision making
- Lead cross functional strategic projects, build business cases, run pilots, and scale what works
Requirements
- At least 4 years in operations, commercial, strategy, or consulting, ideally in marketplace, logistics, or Q commerce environment
- Commercial instinct: understanding how a business makes money and which levers move it
- Strong data literacy, comfortable working with complex data and models
- Executive presence: able to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
- Financial modeling and P&L fluency
- SQL (BigQuery) and Looker/Tableau a strong plus
- Bias for ownership and follow through
- Readiness to grow into people leadership (1–2 reports over time)

Role Summary
- This role owns the commercial and performance engine behind talabat UAE's operations.

- You'll own operational commercials and KPI performance, drive optimization, and turn analysis into decisions.

- Commercial & P&L Ownership for Operations: Own commercials behind UAE operations, cost per order, rider cost, and efficiency metrics.
- Performance Management: Own UAE operational KPI stack, anticipate performance gaps, drive interventions, and run reporting.
- Operational Optimization: Drive optimization across network: rider economics, staffing efficiency, vendor and coverage performance.
- Data, Modeling & Insight: Build analyses and dashboards; SQL (BigQuery) and Looker/Tableau are a strong plus.
