- Align corporate responsibility and sustainability targets to international standards and local UAE mandates
- Measure social impact of initiatives and report on non financial performance

Job Description
- Identify, assess and leverage relevant public affairs opportunities and/or important regulatory changes on an ongoing basis.
- Help establish and maintain strategic relationships with government entities and regulatory authorities in the UAE, and ensure the company's priorities and role are clearly conveyed.
- Support in the development and execution of public affairs plans across seven emirates and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to drive ongoing projects and new initiatives.
- Draft content and presentations, organize meetings and events, as well as ensure alignment with comms and marketing teams when needed (including newsletter to authorities).
- Help in risk mitigation, including online/on ground support and documenting incidents.
- Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure alignment between business and policy objectives, as well as sustainability goals and community outreach.
- Project management of corporate responsibility initiatives that involve liaising with internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Aligning corporate responsibility and sustainability targets to international standards and local UAE government mandates.
- Measuring the social impact of the initiatives and reporting on non financial performance.
