Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners
- Analyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify areas for improvement in menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics
- Share actionable recommendations based on performance metrics to drive revenue and efficiency
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on results, opportunities, and growth plans
- Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio, upsell services, suggest cross promotions, and improve partner performance
- Support partners in optimizing content (e.g., menu structure, images, delivery times) for better customer engagement and conversion
- Recommend and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers to drive order volume
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs and resolve issues promptly
- Negotiate and renew commercial agreements to ensure a fair and strategic partnership
- Ensure partners comply with service level agreements and maintain operational standards, including delivery quality and availability
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Experience in account management, sales, or partner management
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and operational data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Experience with CRM tools and data analysis platforms

Role Overview
