Responsibilities
- Manage corporate secretarial activities for entities across the Gulf region and EMEA, including maintaining statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records
- Coordinate and prepare board and shareholder materials, including resolutions, minutes, and governance documentation
- Support the full entity lifecycle, including incorporations, restructurings, amendments, and dissolutions, ensuring compliance with applicable local laws and regulations
- Lead and coordinate regulatory filings with relevant authorities, partnering with internal stakeholders and external advisors as needed
- Maintain and update legal entity management systems and document repositories, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness
- Monitor regulatory developments and support ongoing corporate governance and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions
- Support commercial teams with government portal filings, registrations, and licensing requirements to enable business operations
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders across Contracts, Finance, Legal, Sales, Tax, Treasury, and other departments to provide corporate secretarial support
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and regional regulatory environments within Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
- Experience using government portals and managing regulatory filings and submissions
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and operate independently in a distributed, cross time zone environment
- 5 10+ years of relevant experience in a corporate legal or paralegal role
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field

Overview
- This role provides legal and operational support to the Corporate Legal team across the Gulf and EMEA regions, with primary responsibility for corporate secretarial matters and regulatory filings, while enabling commercial activities through licensing and registration support.

Education & Experience
- Experience: 5 10+ years of relevant experience in a corporate legal or paralegal role; experience within a multinational organization and supporting multi jurisdictional entities preferred
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; paralegal certification or equivalent legal qualification preferred
