Role Overview

Senior Manager/Pricing role leading the pricing agenda across mobile, fixed, and converged products in the UAE.

The position connects pricing analytics and commercial strategy to profitability, competitiveness, and revenue growth.

Salary Budget

  • The stated salary budget is AED 14,000 to AED 18,000; no compensation cadence is specified.

Pricing and Commercial Leadership

  • Plan and oversee profitable revenue procedures for the UAE Business segment.
  • Develop commercial strategy for Enterprise and SMB pricing while balancing competitiveness and margins.
  • Lead pricing innovation and introduce new pricing frameworks.
  • Build and manage revenue and costing models for key UAE customers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and data analysis for fixed and mobile propositions.
  • Apply segmented pricing using customer insights and data analysis.
  • Embed pricing principles across go-to-market products and product lifecycles.
  • Oversee pricing models, tools, and frameworks across mobile, fixed, and converged products.
  • Represent Business Marketing in regulatory pricing policy discussions.
  • Govern the pricing matrix for fixed and mobile products.
  • Serve as the pricing subject matter expert across the business.
  • Advocate for pricing and cost strategy and cross-functional process improvement.

People Leadership

  • Set and monitor goals for direct-report personnel.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to subordinates.

Required Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy.
  • Proven delivery of revenue and profitability targets.
  • Strong pricing analytics, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience with regulatory and policy-level pricing discussions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional negotiations and influencing without authority.
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Telecom or technology experience is preferred.
  • An MBA is preferred.
  • Telecom converged product pricing experience is a bonus.
  • GCC or UAE market exposure is a bonus.
  • Power BI or Tableau proficiency is a bonus.
  • Exposure to TRA or TDRA is a bonus.
