Manager - Business Case Support & Post Implementation Management

Role Overview

Business Case Development

• Build data-driven business cases with financial models, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies.
• Align business cases with strategic goals and provide clear recommendations to decision-makers.
• Support product, solution architecture, and project teams in structuring assumptions.
• Present business cases to senior leadership and respond to questions.

Stakeholder Leadership

• Act as a liaison between business units, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather inputs, align expectations, and drive consensus.
• Build relationships that keep initiatives on track throughout implementation.

Post-Implementation Management

• Track performance against KPIs and objectives after launch.
• Identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and drive optimization strategies.
• Run post-implementation reviews and apply learnings to future business case development.

Reporting and Governance

• Create executive dashboards and reports that communicate performance and outcomes clearly.
• Maintain business cases, implementation plans, and post-implementation review documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards across deliverables.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify gaps in workflows, tools, and methodologies.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce improvements to business case development and tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, strategy support, or a comparable analytical role.
• Proven experience developing end-to-end business cases with financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or an equivalent financial modeling tool.
• Experience with post-implementation tracking, KPI monitoring, and structured performance reviews.
• Ability to develop executive-level dashboards and leadership-ready reports.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Finance, Operations, and Product or Technology.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to C-suite and senior management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or an equivalent certification is desirable.

Salary Budget
