Role Overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of EV infrastructure projects across the region.
Own project delivery at the intersection of strategy, operations, and growth.
Be accountable for P&L, client relationships, and building scalable teams.
What You'll Own
- Lead project management teams to achieve quarterly financial and operational targets.
- Own project profitability from presales pricing through post-delivery closure.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Etisalat and enterprise clients.
- Direct surveying, acquisition, implementation, and health and safety across the project lifecycle.
- Design execution plans within budget for short-term and long-term delivery.
- Manage workforce utilization across all projects and regions.
- Drive innovation, culture, and continuous improvement within the project management function.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom, IT, or Computer Science Engineering.
- MBA qualification.
- 10 to 12 years of project management leadership experience in telecom, infrastructure, or utilities is preferred.
- P&L ownership experience on multi-million AED or USD projects.
- Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships.
- Background in EV or electrical infrastructure is a strong plus.
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English.
Compensation
- AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month.
