- Assess patients with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment findings and clinical needs
- Provide speech and language therapy interventions for pediatric and adult patients
- Conduct swallowing assessments and provide appropriate therapeutic interventions as required
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessment reports, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home based exercises
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Participate in patient case discussions and contribute to comprehensive care planning
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy / Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid professional license/eligibility as required by UAE healthcare authorities (DHA/DOH/MOHAP)
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in speech and language therapy preferred
- Experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or multidisciplinary healthcare setting preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients with communication and swallowing disorders

Qualifications
