About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day oncology services, optimizing patient flow, scheduling, and capacity utilization
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and guidelines, maintain regulatory compliance, monitor patient safety indicators and incident reporting, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute oncology growth strategies, expand service offerings, identify new revenue streams, and support medical tourism and international patient programs
- Build strong referral networks with physicians and clinics, develop partnerships with corporates, insurers, pharma companies, and charities, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and community providers
- Manage departmental budget and P&L, monitor revenue, costs, and profitability, optimize use of high cost drugs and equipment, and implement cost control and efficiency measures
- Lead and manage oncology staff (nurses, coordinators, admin), ensure adequate staffing and skill mix, drive training, development, and performance management, and foster a high performance and patient centered culture
- Contribute to long term oncology strategy, position the hospital as a center of excellence, support innovation, research, and clinical trials, and introduce new technologies and digital solutions
- Improve patient journey and satisfaction, reduce waiting times and treatment delays, ensure holistic and patient centered care, and monitor clinical outcomes and KPIs
- Track and report on patient volumes, treatment cycles, revenue and growth trends, quality and safety indicators, and use data to drive decision making and improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration
- Master's Degree (Preferred) in MBA (Healthcare/Hospital Management/Business Development) or Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA)
- Professional certifications in oncology, healthcare quality/accreditation (e.g., JCI, CPHQ), or Project Management (PMP) are advantageous
- Proficient in leadership, clinical & operational excellence, business acumen, strategic thinking, financial management, relationship & stakeholder management, people management, quality & patient centered focus, and analytical & data driven decision making

Minimum Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing / Pharmacy / Life Sciences, or Business Administration
