We re looking for a Food Safety & Quality Specialist to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store tMart, which is the region s first cloud store concept offering.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments locally and centrally to achieve business objectives
- Ensure all employees receive designated food safety & quality training
- Deliver and share training materials, templates, procedures
- Conduct food and health and safety inspections and investigations, analyzing data and sharing findings
- Support in resolving serious customer complaint escalation processes locally
- Liaise between operations and legal team as needed, serving as first POC for food safety and quality management support
- Support coordination for withdrawals and recalls of products and serious incidents
- Ensure execution of all local food safety authority enforcement actions
- Monitor regulatory developments and initiate internal measures accordingly
- Highlight procedures needing review due to operational or regulatory changes
- Support food safety and quality of product assortment, coordinate external lab testing, maintain documentation, execute mystery shopper and product sampling
- Provide regular reports to relevant business stakeholders to support management review and ensure food safety objectives are met
Requirements
- Experience in food safety and quality management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Experience in conducting inspections and audits
- Ability to deliver training and communicate technical information

Role Overview
- We're looking for a Food Safety & Quality Specialist to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store tMart, which is the region's first cloud store concept offering 20 minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments locally and centrally in order to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure that all employees receive the designated food safety & quality training.
- Deliver and share the training materials, templates, procedures.
- Conduct Food and health and safety inspections and investigations by compiling and analyzing data of potential hazards, unsafe conditions or environmental concerns and share findings.
- Support in resolving serious customer complaint escalation processes locally.

- Support in coordination for withdrawals and recalls of products and serious incidents.
- Ensure the execution of all local food safety authority enforcement action is complied with.
