Position Summary
- Our Spa Specialists play an important role in support of a number of vital Spa functions.
- They work to build an experience that is memorable and unique – with Spa services on the side.
- Spa Specialists take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Spa services or retail.
- Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
- Provide answers about services.
- Check in guests.
- Process payments.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards.
- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Manage reservation software.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None.
