- Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized and professional spa experience
- Handle spa reservations, appointments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Explain spa treatments, facilities, packages, and promotional offers to guests
- Check guests in and out efficiently and process payments accurately
- Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Coordinate appointment schedules with therapists and spa attendants
- Promote and upsell spa services, memberships, retail products, and special packages
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and maintained to luxury standards
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Support daily spa operations, inventory control, and administrative tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, spa, wellness center, or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa reservation systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
